Burry Sticks with Lululemon Despite U.S. Business Struggles

Renowned investor Michael Burry remains bullish on Lululemon Athletica (LULU) despite the company's recent struggles in its U.S. business.

Lululemon reported another quarter of pressure in its U.S. operations and cut its full-year 2026 revenue and earnings outlook, but Burry sees value in the stock.

Burry has nearly doubled his LULU position to 17.4% of his holdings and believes the stock is 'screaming cheap', saying it's a good time to buy.

He also drew comparisons between Apple (AAPL) shares and Costco (COST) stock, suggesting both are 'permacostly' expensive but not necessarily worth betting against.
