CAU Deploys Boeing's CBTA Learning Library for Future Pilots

California Aeronautical University (CAU) has become the first U.S. flight school to deploy Boeing's Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) Learning Library, a tool designed to help future pilots develop crucial skills beyond traditional flight training.

The CBTA Learning Library focuses on core competencies such as leadership and teamwork, communication, situational awareness, workload management, decision-making, and threat and error management.

CAU's deployment of the library reinforces the importance of developing pilots who are prepared to operate safely, confidently, and effectively throughout their careers.
