CCEP Advances EUR 1 Billion Share Buyback Program with Latest Repurchases
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has continued its share buyback program, repurchasing 200,000 ordinary shares on U.S. trading venues and 58,500 ordinary shares on London trading venues between August 31st and September 4th, 2026.
The company acquired these shares from Goldman Sachs entities and plans to cancel all repurchased ordinary shares as part of its share buyback program. This program aims to reduce the share count, potentially enhancing earnings per share and signaling confidence in its financial position to investors.
CCEP's ongoing cancellations are designed to achieve a previously announced target of buying back up to EUR 1 billion of its ordinary shares. The company is listed on Euronext Amsterdam, Nasdaq, the London Stock Exchange, and Spanish exchanges, and is a constituent of the Nasdaq 100 and FTSE 100 indices.
