CCEP Announces Departure of Independent Director Nathalie Gaveau

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has announced that Nathalie Gaveau, an Independent Non-executive Director (INED), has resigned from the Board with effect from September 16th.

Gaveau served as an INED of CCEP since January 2019 and was a member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee. She also previously sat on the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee until 2025.

Sol Daurella, Chairman, expressed his gratitude for Gaveau's contributions during her tenure, citing her expertise in AI, e-commerce, digital transformation, innovation, mobile technology, data, and social marketing.
