CCEP Cancels 258,500 Repurchased Shares in Ongoing Buyback Program
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has continued its share buyback program by cancelling 258,500 repurchased shares. The company reported that between August 31 and September 4, 2026, it bought 200,000 ordinary shares on US trading venues and 58,500 ordinary shares on London trading venues from Goldman Sachs entities.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of CCEP's ongoing share buyback program, which aims to purchase up to EUR 1 billion in ordinary shares. The company executed these trades at volume-weighted average prices between USD 106 and 109 on US trading venues and GBP 79-80 on the London Stock Exchange.
The cancellation of these repurchased shares will reduce the number of outstanding shares, potentially boosting earnings per share for remaining investors. CCEP's share buyback program demonstrates the company's confidence in its stock price while utilizing cash that could have been spent on other priorities.
