CCEP Continues EUR 1 Billion Share Buyback Program with Latest Purchases
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has continued its share buyback program announced on February 17, 2026. Between August 3 and 7, CCEP purchased a total of 210,000 ordinary shares on US Trading Venues and 84,868 ordinary shares on the London Trading Venues from Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or their affiliates.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the company's program to buy back up to EUR 1 billion in ordinary shares. The highest price paid per share was USD 110.7000, while the lowest price paid was USD 102.6700 on US Trading Venues. On London Stock Exchange, the highest and lowest prices were GBP 82.2500 and GBP 76.4000, respectively.
The company expects to complete the buyback program announced in February, which aims to repurchase up to EUR 1 billion of ordinary shares. The transactions are part of CCEP's efforts to return value to its shareholders through share buybacks.
