Cebu IT BPM Industry Honors Excellence in People, Innovation, and Sustainability
The Cebu IT BPM Organization (CIB.O) held its annual Industry Awards on August 14 at Summit Galleria Cebu to recognize companies that have demonstrated excellence, innovation, and meaningful impact in the region's IT-BPM industry.
The event honored winners and finalists across five categories: People and Culture Program of the Year, Impact and Sustainability Excellence, AI and Workforce Transformation Excellence, Innovation and Technology Company of the Year, and Industry-Academe Partnership Excellence.
JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Philippine Global Service Center took home the top award in the People and Culture Program of the Year category for its employee engagement and retention initiatives. Lexmark Research and Development Corporation was named winner of the Impact and Sustainability Excellence category, while IBM Solutions Delivery, Inc. received the AI and Workforce Transformation Excellence award.
EXL Service Philippines, Inc. won Innovation and Technology Company of the Year, and EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Philippines took home the Industry-Academe Partnership Excellence award. The CIB.O Industry Awards were evaluated by a panel of independent judges based on published criteria and an emphasis on impact, innovation, execution, and measurable results.
