CEOs Praise Trump Admin's Pro-Business Policies
Top CEOs from major US companies praised the Trump administration's pro-business policies in a video released by the Treasury Department. The one-minute clip, posted on the Treasury Department's X account, features interviews with CEOs including JPMorgan Chase's Jamie Dimon and Goldman Sachs' David Solomon. They credited the administration's deregulation efforts, corporate tax changes, and trade deals with boosting economic growth.
Dimon said that years of over-regulation had stifled business growth, but the current policies have freed up capital and liquidity, making the system safer. Eli Lilly CEO David Ricks praised the president's agenda, saying it allowed his company to build manufacturing sites in America for the first time in over 40 years.
The video comes as the Trump administration touts its economic achievements, including a 20% increase in the stock market and $11.2 trillion in investments pledged by countries or companies in the US.
