This represents about 2.7% of Charles Lim Capital Ltd's holdings, making Visa its 5th biggest holding.

Visa's board has approved a share buyback program that authorizes the company to repurchase up to $20.00 billion in shares, representing about 3.6% of its shares through open market purchases.
