JPMorganChase is expanding its efforts to support small businesses in Southern California. As the official bank of Team USA and a founding partner of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic games, Chase aims to help entrepreneurs succeed through its Coaching for Impact program. This initiative connects business owners with their own mentor, helping them grow their companies.

The goal is ambitious: to graduate 3,700 small businesses in Southern California over the next five years. To achieve this target, JPMorganChase is hiring an additional 100 small business bankers to work closely with local businesses and create family and community opportunities.

One business owner has already seen significant benefits from participating in the program. She credits her connection with a mentor for 'supercharging' her success.
