Chase Home Lending Mortgage Trust Secures $378.6 Million in Pass-Through Certificates
JPMorgan Chase Bank has launched its latest sponsored residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) deal, which will issue approximately $378.6 million in pass-through certificates.
The CHASE 2026-AGY2 deal is backed by a portfolio of first-lien, fixed-rate mortgages with an average balance of $581,714 and a weighted average coupon of 6.06%.
Virtually all the underlying loans in the current pool are financing primary residences, with borrowers having a weighted average FICO score of 761, according to DBRS.
