Chase Sapphire Lounges Exit Priority Pass in August 2026
Chase Sapphire Lounges are leaving the Priority Pass program as of August 15, 2026. Currently, anyone with a Priority Pass Select membership can access these lounges for free once per year or pay $75 each time.
This change will affect travelers who don't have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card or another specific credit card that still grants lounge access. The lounges themselves are staying open and are being improved, but only current cardholders will be able to enter.
In related news, Chase is extending layover hours for its own cardholders in these lounges. Starting August 15, travelers connecting through an airport can now enter a Sapphire Lounge up to five hours before their next flight, matching the access rules of American Express.
