Chevron has expanded its base oils network through new partnerships with HF Sinclair and Renkert Oil. As of May 1, 2027, HF Sinclair will be the exclusive distributor of Group II base oils in Canada, while also having non-exclusive rights in select U.S. regions.

Renkert Oil continues to distribute various Chevron products across North America and Europe. According to Alicia Logan, general manager of Chevron Base Oils, these partnerships enhance Chevron's distribution capabilities while ensuring customers receive reliable products, service, and technical support.

Chevron recently reported second-quarter 2026 results that topped Wall Street expectations, driven by record U.S. production, stronger refining margins, and higher oil prices. Adjusted EPS of $6.06 beat the estimate of $5.56, with total revenues and other income rising 56.3% to $70.06 billion.

CVX shares were down 1.21% at $194.45 on Monday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
