Chevron Investor Relations Head Sinclair Joins Northrop Grumman Amid Major Defense Deal

Randy Sinclair, who rose to head investor relations at Chevron, will take on a new role as VP-IR at Northrop Grumman. The move is set for August 10.

Sinclair spent 11 years in various corporate finance and strategy posts at Chevron, including stints in Texas, California, Israel, and the Republic of the Congo. He previously worked in the Coast Guard as an operational team leader for six years.

Northrop Grumman recently announced a $3 billion deal with the Defense Department and Lockheed Martin to accelerate production of the Patriot anti-missile system, which is in short supply following President Trump's invasion of Iran. The company's stock is trading at $554.39, with a 52-week range between $774 and $479.02.
