Chevron Island Luxury Homes Unveiled with Private Rooftop Sanctuaries
The Bastion Group has launched The Residences at Chevron Island, a collection of three ultra-luxury homes designed by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin and internationally renowned landscape architect Jamie Durie. Each residence features a four-bedroom layout and private rooftop sanctuary with a bar, dining area, fire pit, plunge pool, and powder room.
The Residences will offer the independence of a stand-alone home while providing access to Nera's premium amenities, including a rooftop wellness retreat, infinity pool, luxury spa, ice bath, and state-of-the-art fitness centre. Construction is scheduled to start in 2027, with the entire project expected to be complete by 2028.
