Chevron Phillips Names Wayne Borduin as New CFO

Chevron Phillips Chemical Company (CPChem) has announced that Wayne Borduin will take on the role of chief financial officer, effective September 1.

Borduin joins CPChem from Chevron Corporation, where he served as director and chief investment officer. He brings over two and a half decades of global finance leadership and capital markets experience to his new position.

Borduin will report directly to President and CEO Steve Prusak and oversee the company's finance and procurement organizations.
