Chevron's stock surged by approximately 2.1% on Tuesday afternoon to $216.58 after Brent crude prices reached $109.20 per barrel.

The increase was driven by Saudi export disruptions, Libyan outages, and attacks on energy infrastructure, which tightened the market's focus on supply risk.

Chevron is pairing higher oil realizations with a long-duration opportunity to power AI infrastructure through its 20-year power agreement with Microsoft tied to a West Texas data-center project.

The company delivered $12.1 billion of earnings in its second-quarter results, while worldwide production climbed 20%. Chevron also cut debt by $8.4 billion and reached record U.S. production.
