Chicagoland Homeowners Invited to Share Their Spooky Yards
As 'Summerween' has begun, stores are filling up with Halloween decorations. Homeowners in Chicagoland are preparing their yards for Patch's annual Scary Yard Tour. This year marks the 16th edition of the tour.
Submissions are open now through Halloween, which falls on Saturday, October 31st. To be featured on the list, homeowners should submit a photo and provide details about their display, including its address and contact information.
The Patch team will compile the submissions leading up to Halloween and add them to the tour in real-time. Homeowners who submit early will have priority placement on the list. The annual Scary Yard Tour has become a beloved tradition for many in the Chicagoland area.
Home Depot is selling flying monkeys decorations for $199, which are perfect for adding a touch of whimsy to any yard display.
