Child Star Blake Collins on Life After The Little Rascals: From Hollywood Fame to Working at McDonald's

Blake Collins, a former child actor from The Little Rascals, opened up about his life after leaving Hollywood. At just 7 years old, he played Woim in the 1994 blockbuster film, but by high school age, he had already moved on to working at McDonald's.

'I worked at McDonald's in high school,' Collins said, adding that he was recognized from his acting work 'all the time.'

He recalled one awkward experience where a customer asked him if he was the same Woim from The Little Rascals and then questioned why he was working at McDonald's.

Collins noted that child actors often don't make as much money as people think, and the money management can be poor. He and his friend Jordan Warkol, who played Froggy in The Little Rascals when he was 6, started a podcast called The Not So Little Rascals to discuss their experiences.

On the podcast, Collins shared that he left acting behind because he wanted a 'normal relationship with my mother' and to have a more normal high school experience. He now works behind the scenes as a camera operator for notable movies and TV productions.
