Choice Hotels Joins Google's AI-Driven Hotel Booking Platform

Choice Hotels has partnered with Google to make its properties available for booking through AI Mode in Search. This capability is now rolling out in the United States.

The feature allows travelers to describe their hotel requirements in plain English, including location, amenities, travel dates, and other stay preferences. AI Mode then provides a visual list of hotel options with room photos, rates, guest ratings, reviews, and side-by-side comparisons.

Choice Hotels properties can be booked directly through Google Pay after selecting a hotel. Members can also view the cost of their stay in Choice Privileges points using this capability.
