Cisco Acquires WideField Security for Enhanced Identity Security Solutions

Cisco Systems, Inc., a global software and technology major, has acquired WideField Security Inc. through a global transaction led by Cisco's counsel, Fenwick. JSA Advocates & Solicitors represented Cisco on the India leg of the acquisition, advising on Indian legal and regulatory aspects.
