Cisco CFO Sells $195,421 Worth of Stock Amid Strong Earnings
Cisco's Chief Financial Officer Mark Patterson sold $195,421 worth of company stock on September 11, 2026. The shares were sold under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by Mr. Patterson in December 2025. The sale was made at $108.87 per share and came after Cisco's strong fourth-quarter financial results.
In its latest earnings report, Cisco surpassed consensus estimates with revenue increasing by 2.5% and earnings per share exceeding expectations by over 4%. The company also experienced a significant increase in total product orders, including triple-digit growth in Hyperscale orders.
Patterson's sale comes as analysts have raised their price targets for Cisco following the positive earnings report. UBS raised its target to $138, while KeyBanc and Morgan Stanley increased theirs to $135 each. Truist Securities set a new target of $140, citing Cisco's positioning for a networking supercycle in fiscal 2027.
