Cisco Forecasts Record Revenue on Strong AI Infrastructure Demand

Cisco Systems has announced its forecast for fiscal 2027 revenue, predicting it will range from $72.2 billion to $73.4 billion. This is above Wall Street expectations, which had projected $68.69 billion.

The company's growth is driven by the increasing demand for AI networking infrastructure. Cloud providers and corporate clients are investing heavily in data centers and networking equipment capable of supporting complex computing and networking systems needed for generative AI.

Cisco received $4 billion in AI infrastructure orders from hyperscalers during the quarter ended July 25, with a total value of such orders reaching $9.3 billion for fiscal 2026.
