Cisco Invests Heavily in Resilient Ecosystems
Cisco Systems Inc. has outlined its efforts to build resilient ecosystems and communities in its FY25 Purpose Report.
The company aims to invest in climate adaptation, nature-based resilience, and technological innovations to support these goals.
One of the key initiatives is the Cisco Foundation's pledge of $100 million over 10 years to fund a diverse portfolio of innovative climate solutions.
This includes cash grants to nonprofits, such as Terraso's landscape data collection tools, and impact investments in startups like Miraterra, which uses AI to analyze soil health and nutrients.
