Cisco, Quali Unveil Stack Automation Platform for Rapid AI Deployment

Cisco and Quali have launched Stack Automation by Quali, a deployment automation platform aimed at reducing infrastructure deployment cycles from weeks to hours. The platform automates the deployment of full infrastructure stacks, including GPU clusters, AI frameworks, networking, storage, security, and enterprise applications.

The problem that Stack Automation solves is one faced by many enterprises: coordinating manual handoffs between teams handling different aspects of infrastructure setup, which can involve hundreds of individual steps before a workload goes live. This process is particularly challenging for AI infrastructure, where multiple components need to be configured together.

Stack Automation replaces this process with a cloud-like operating model for on-premises and hybrid environments. The platform integrates with Cisco Intersight and Nexus Dashboard and allows teams to bring in existing tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes without replacing them.
