Cisco, Splunk Tackle Trust Issues in AI with Control-Focused Platform
The recent developments in AI have left many organizations questioning the trustworthiness of AI models. Major companies like Anthropic and OpenAI seem more focused on their own relevance than ensuring the reliability of their products.
Cisco is working to alleviate these concerns by partnering with Splunk to provide 'trusted AI at scale' without sacrificing control. At .conf26, Cisco and Splunk showcased how they plan to achieve this goal through a combination of platform control, observability, and security measures.
The Splunk platform will be made available in on-premises and air-gapped environments, as well as on a Cisco AI POD with Nvidia compute. This will enable organizations to maintain control over their AI models and ensure sovereignty, data security, and transparency.
