Cisco Stock Holds Steady After Record Fiscal 2026 Results
Cisco Systems' stock remained steady after delivering record fiscal 2026 results. The networking company reported double-digit revenue and earnings growth for the year, with fourth-quarter revenue reaching $17.25 billion, up 18 percent from the same quarter in 2025.
The full fiscal year 2026 performance saw Cisco generate revenue of $63.33 billion, an increase of 11.8 percent versus fiscal 2025. Net income for the year reached $13.27 billion, up 26.9 percent from the prior fiscal year. The Networking segment was a key driver in the latest quarter, delivering $9.79 billion in revenue and accounting for more than half of Cisco's total quarterly revenue.
Cisco's growing exposure to AI-related infrastructure demand is also an important element for investors. The company booked $4 billion in AI infrastructure orders from large cloud and hyperscale customers in the fourth quarter alone, with full-year AI-related infrastructure orders reaching $9.3 billion.
