Cisco Systems Beats Expectations with Strong Q4 Earnings
Cisco Systems has reported its Q4 fiscal 2026 financial results, which show revenue of $17.3 billion and GAAP diluted EPS of $0.97. This represents an 18% year-over-year increase in revenue and a 52% rise in GAAP diluted EPS compared to the same period last year.
The company's non-GAAP diluted EPS was $1.22 for the quarter, up 23% from Q4 FY2025. Cisco's full-year fiscal 2026 revenue reached $63.3 billion, with a GAAP EPS of $3.33 and non-GAAP EPS of $4.33.
Cisco's product demand continues to be strong, with total product orders rising 35% year-over-year in Q4. Networking product orders grew by 40%, marking the eighth consecutive quarter of double-digit networking growth. The company's AI infrastructure momentum is also evident, with $4.0 billion of orders in Q4 and $9.3 billion for FY2026.
Cisco has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share and returned $3.2 billion to shareholders in Q4 via dividends and share repurchases.
