Cisco Systems has expanded its Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA to include Supermicro rack-scale systems. The new partnership brings together Cisco's networking and validation expertise with Supermicro's high-volume AI cluster business, including integration, testing, and deployment facilities.

The Supermicro systems are designed for large-scale AI workloads, such as model training and trillion-parameter workloads, and will be available through Cisco's enterprise sales and channel partner ecosystem starting in October. The systems will come with Cisco support and lifecycle services wrapped around them.

Cisco plans to pair its NCP Reference Architecture, networking, validation services, and management software with the Supermicro rack-scale systems. This includes the use of NVIDIA HGX B300 NVL8, HGX Rubin NVL8, Vera Rubin NVL72, and GB300 NVL72 systems.
