Cleo Fields Buys More Apple Stock Ahead of Tim Cook's Exit
Representative Cleo Fields (D-La.) is one of the most active members of Congress when it comes to buying and selling stocks, and his latest move could be a sign of continued faith in Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL).
Fields recently disclosed purchasing between $1,000 to $15,000 worth of Apple stock on August 13, just weeks before long-time CEO Tim Cook stepped down and was replaced by John Ternus.
This is not the first time Fields has bought into Apple, as he has acquired over $1 million in AAPL stock since 2025. In fact, he made three purchases in 2026 and 19 purchases in 2025 alone.
What's striking is that Fields hasn't sold any of his Apple stock over the past two years, indicating a strong commitment to the company.
