CME Group Expands Equity Index Offering with E-mini Equity Factor Futures
CME Group, the world's leading derivatives marketplace, has announced plans to expand its equity product suite with the launch of E-mini Equity Factor futures on September 21, pending regulatory review.
The new contracts will provide tailored exposure to S&P 500 and Dow Jones indexes across growth, value, quality, momentum, low volatility, and dividend factors. This will enable investors to complement single- and multi-factor strategies with these products, delivering capital efficiencies for risk management and relative value trading.
The E-mini Equity Factor futures include five contracts tied to the S&P 500 index and one contract tied to the Dow Jones U.S. Dividend 100 Index. These new offerings will be available on CME Globex and via block and BTIC transactions, providing market participants with increased flexibility in their execution.
