CNH Industrial Earns Mixed Reviews from Analysts
CNH Industrial (CNH) has received a Hold rating from Bernstein analyst Chad Dillard. In a report issued on September 4, Dillard set a price target of $11.00 for the company. This is not the first time CNH Industrial has received a Hold rating; D.A. Davidson's Michael Shlisky also gave the company a similar rating in an August 19 report.
However, there is some positive news for CNH Industrial investors. Evercore ISI upgraded the company to a Buy rating just yesterday, which could indicate that the company's stock price may be on the rise.
The company's latest earnings release showed a quarterly revenue of $4.8 billion and a net profit of $138 million for the quarter ending June 30. This compares unfavorably to last year's results, when CNH Industrial earned a revenue of $4.71 billion and had a net profit of $213 million.
Dillard is a well-respected analyst with an average return of 6.9% and a success rate of 59.04%, according to TipRanks. He covers the Industrials sector, focusing on stocks such as Eaton, Cummins, and Caterpillar.
