Coca-Cola Accused of Allowing Anti-Christian Messages on Personalized Cans
Coca-Cola has faced renewed criticism from Christian consumers after videos went viral claiming its online personalized can feature allowed messages like 'Satan is King' while rejecting phrases such as 'I love Jesus' and 'Jesus is King.'
The claims emerged on social media platforms, including a post by Sachin Jose that referenced the reported discrepancy. Screen recordings of tests on the Coca-Cola Store website's customization tool showed differing immediate responses from the automated filter.
Content creator Ryan Haff posted videos showing live tests of the tool, with phrases like 'The devil is king' and 'Satan is good' being accepted while 'Jesus is king,' 'I love Jesus,' and 'Jesus is good' were rejected. The company's official guidelines prohibit religious and political content on personalized items.
