Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park Unveils Fresh Kiwi Talent
The annual Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park concert series has discovered some fresh Kiwi talent. Twelve-year-old Christchurch performer Cleo Fitzgerald will take to the stage at both the Christchurch and Auckland events. Fitzgerald impressed the creative team again this year with her performance, after successfully auditioning and performing last year.
Creative Director Dixon Nacey praised Fitzgerald for continuing to develop as a performer, saying she 'did a fantastic job last year' and 'really impressed us again'. Auckland audiences will also be introduced to powerhouse recording artist and singer Ellaphon Tauariki, who made a big impression on producers with his audition.
The event's MCs will be More FM breakfast hosts Simon Barnett and Lana Searle. The charity of the year is Kindness Collective, which supports struggling families across New Zealand through funds raised at the events.
