Coca-Cola Empowers Over 200,000 Nigerian Youths Through Training Programs
The Coca-Cola System in Nigeria has made significant strides in empowering young Nigerians through its various programs. More than 70,000 youths have benefited from training in life skills and entrepreneurship, as well as internship opportunities.
The company's flagship Youth Empowered program, led by Nigerian Bottling Company, aims to improve employability and entrepreneurial capacity among young people.
Coca-Cola has also trained over 130,000 youths in digital skills through initiatives like the Digital Skilling and Employment Project and AWAMBI. These programs aim to address Nigeria's skills gap and improve access to sustainable careers.
