Coca-Cola Enhances Waste Management with Baling Machines in Davao del Sur Municipalities

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP) has partnered with the Municipalities of Sulop and Matanao in Davao del Sur to enhance local waste management and recycling efforts.

The partnership, part of CCEAP's Tapon to Ipon program, aims to improve the collection, storage, and transport of clear PET plastic bottles for recycling. Each municipality received a baling machine through this initiative.

CCEAP Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance Manager Atty. Chrissete Agustin led the ceremony with CCEAP Stakeholder Relations Associate Manager Vanesa Calixto.

Municipal Mayor of Sulop, Hon. Atty. Jose Jimmy Sagarino, expressed pride in being part of the initiative, emphasizing its importance for responsible waste management and community progress.
