Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Buys Back 214,393 Shares
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has repurchased 214,393 ordinary shares through its share buyback program. The company purchased the shares between August 24 and August 28, with prices ranging from $106.75 to $110.54 on US trading venues.
The majority of the shares were bought on US trading venues, totaling 155,000 ordinary shares. On London Stock Exchange and related venues, 59,393 ordinary shares were purchased through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or their affiliates.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the company's share buyback program announced in February 2026. The program aims to repurchase up to €1 billion of ordinary shares in aggregate.
