Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Buys Back Nearly 404,000 Shares
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has continued its share buyback program, purchasing a total of 403,748 ordinary shares between September 7 and September 11. The company bought these shares through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or their affiliates on both US and London trading venues.
According to the press release statement, the largest single-day purchase occurred on Wednesday, when the company acquired 100,000 shares on US trading venues at a volume-weighted average price of $103.79 per share.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled, as part of the company's €1 billion share buyback program announced on February 17, 2026. The company operates across 31 countries and is listed on multiple stock exchanges, including Euronext Amsterdam, NASDAQ, London Stock Exchange, and Spanish stock exchanges under the symbol CCEP.
