Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Buys Back Nearly 404k Shares

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 403,748 ordinary shares between September 7 and 11. The company acquired 285,000 shares on US trading venues and 118,748 shares on London trading venues through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or their affiliates.

The largest single-day purchase occurred on Wednesday, when the company bought 100,000 shares on US trading venues at an average price of $103.79 per share. The prices ranged from $102.48 to $107.66 per share across the five-day period on US trading venues and £75.90 to £79.45 per share on London trading venues.

The company's share buyback program targets repurchases of up to €1 billion of ordinary shares in aggregate, announced on February 17, 2026. The transactions are part of this program, aiming to cancel the repurchased shares entirely.
