Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Continues Share Buyback Program

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 261,667 of its ordinary shares between July 27 and July 31. The company bought these shares on both US and London trading venues through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International or their affiliates.

The largest single-day purchase occurred on July 27, when the company acquired 90,000 shares on US trading venues at a volume-weighted average price of $107.86 per share. The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the program announced in February this year.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners operates across 31 countries and is listed on several major stock exchanges under the symbol CCEP. This purchase is part of the company's efforts to repurchase up to €1 billion of ordinary shares in aggregate.
