Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Director Nathalie Gaveau Resigns Effective Monday

Nathalie Gaveau has resigned as an independent non-executive director from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, effective Monday. She served on the board since January 2019.

Gaveau was a member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee and also served on the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee from 2019 until 2025.

The company's Nomination Committee is reviewing the board composition and has begun a process to appoint a new independent non-executive director as required by CCEP's Articles of Association and the Shareholders' Agreement.
