Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Director Nathalie Gaveau Resigns
Nathalie Gaveau has resigned as an independent non-executive director from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc, effective Monday.
Gaveau joined the board in January 2019 and served on the Affiliated Transaction Committee and the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee until 2025.
The company's Nomination Committee is now reviewing the board composition and seeking to appoint a new independent non-executive director as required by CCEP's Articles of Association and the Shareholders' Agreement.
