Coca-Cola HBC, a leading bottler of Coca-Cola products, reported significant growth in its first-half net revenue. The company's sales reached €6.22 billion, a 10.8% increase from the same period last year.

This growth was driven by a surge in energy drink sales, which rose by 26.1%. In contrast, carbonated soda sales increased by just 6.4%. The company attributed this disparity to shifting consumer preferences towards healthier options.

The operating profit margin also improved, rising to 12% from 11.5%. Net profit climbed 15.5% to €548.5 million. Despite the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and Middle East crisis, Coca-Cola HBC's sales were boosted by the FIFA World Cup.

CEO Zoran Bogdanovic highlighted the company's successful performance, saying that it has led to an upward revision of its guidance for the full year 2026. He also hinted at a potential expansion into the protein drink market through a collaboration with the Coca-Cola Company.
