Coca-Cola İçecek Prepares Leadership Change in Turkish Operations

Coca-Cola İçecek AS is planning a leadership change in its Turkish operations. As of January 1, 2027, current Türkiye General Manager Hasan Ellialtı will leave his role to pursue other career opportunities. He has served the company since 1997 and will remain through year-end to ensure a smooth transition.

Ellialtı's departure marks a shift in leadership as Commercial Excellence Director Doğa Erzi will assume the role of Türkiye General Manager on January 1, 2027. Erzi brings deep sales and transformation experience, having worked at CCI since 1997 and recently at Danone Türkiye.
