Coca-Cola Loses Key Exec Amid Regional Expansion
Coca-Cola has announced that Hayley Yew, its regional head of customer development for Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei, is leaving her role after seven years with the company. Yew joined Coca-Cola in September 2019 as group customer development manager and held various positions within the organization before becoming head of customer development in January 2024.
During her tenure, Yew led the company's modern trade business across hypermarkets, supermarkets, mini markets, and eCommerce. Her responsibilities included commercial strategy, strategic customer partnerships, revenue growth management, portfolio optimization, and execution.
In a LinkedIn post, Yew reflected on her time at Coca-Cola, stating that she joined for the job but left with 'so much more', including friendships, lessons, and memories built over the years. Her departure comes as Coca-Cola continues to build its presence around local cultural and dining occasions in the region.
