Coca-Cola Pledges $10 Billion to U.S. Infrastructure Over Five Years
Coca-Cola plans to invest $10 billion in U.S. infrastructure over five years, from 2026 to 2030. This commitment includes projects already announced in various states and spans the company's entire bottling network. Coca-Cola CFO John Murphy explained that the figure combines spending by both the company and its bottling partners.
The investment is a significant step for Coca-Cola, which generates about $85 billion in annual GDP contributions and supports nearly 1 million jobs in the U.S., according to an independently commissioned economic study. This marks the second such impact study undertaken by the company.
Coca-Cola's infrastructure announcement follows a strong second quarter that exceeded Wall Street expectations, with adjusted earnings per share of $0.97 and revenue reaching $13.37 billion. The company has also reaffirmed its full-year 2026 earnings guidance of $3.27 to $3.30 per share.
