Coca-Cola Taps Experienced HR Leader for Key Regional Role
The Coca-Cola Company has appointed Rishav Gandhi as Vice President, People & Culture for Eurasia, Middle East and APAC Media. In his new role, Gandhi will oversee people and culture priorities across these regions.
Gandhi brings experience in human resources and people management to the regional position. He was previously Senior Director, Talent & Development, Latin America, where he led talent and development strategy for the Latin America Operating Unit.
Gandhi has a strong background in human capital analytics and operations transformation. At Deloitte, he advised Fortune 500 companies on strategic human capital challenges. Before joining Deloitte, Gandhi worked at Airtel for about seven years, progressing from management trainee to leadership roles spanning HR business partnering and organisation design.
Gandhi's appointment is expected to further strengthen the company's people leadership across Eurasia and Middle East regions.
