Coca-Cola UNITS $106M Expansion Project Now a Go in England, Louisiana
Coca-Cola UNITED has finalized its $106 million expansion project in England, Louisiana. The company announced the Project Pixel expansion on Tuesday, which includes a new warehouse and distribution operation.
The subdistrict created by the England Authority in December will facilitate this economic development project, located adjacent to Coca-Cola's facilities at LA 28 West and Allison Drive.
About 75 new jobs are expected as a result of the expansion, along with approximately 200 construction jobs involved in the process.
Coca-Cola has been operating in England since 1906. The company stated that the investment reflects its long-term commitment to its employees, customers, and local community.
