Coca-Cola Unveils Ambitious $10 Billion US Investment Plan
The Coca-Cola Company has unveiled ambitious plans to invest $10 billion in the US economy by 2030, building on its existing contributions to American society. In a commissioned study, the company measured its impact on the US economy and local communities, revealing that it contributes $85 billion to the country's GDP annually.
The Coca-Cola system supports nearly 1 million jobs across the US, including direct employment within the company and its network of bottling partners. The company also spends approximately $37 billion with American suppliers, supporting farmers and a nationwide network of businesses that help source ingredients, produce packaging, and transport beverages.
In addition to these economic contributions, the Coca-Cola system invests in community programs through The Coca-Cola Foundation and the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, donating $177 million to local communities in 2025. This includes $60 million dedicated to education and economic empowerment initiatives.
