Coca-Cola's Dividend Yield Drops Amid Strong Business Performance
Coca-Cola has raised its quarterly dividend by about 4% to $0.53 per share, marking its 64th consecutive annual increase.
The company's business has also delivered strong results, with net revenue rising 7% year over year in the second quarter of 2026 and organic revenue growth reaching 5% for the full year.
The stock has responded to these improvements, climbing about 28% this year and reaching a price of around $90 as of this writing.
However, the dividend yield on Coca-Cola's stock has fallen from 2.9% at the start of 2026 to 2.4% today, despite the higher payout.
This means that investors buying the stock today collect about a quarter less income per dollar invested compared to earlier this year.
